Hi, I’m Dr. Angela Pierce

About Me

I’ve always believed that true health is about more than just the absence of illness—it’s about living with purpose, resilience, and vitality. My journey has taken me from shaping medical education as an Assistant Dean of Whole Health to experiencing firsthand what it means to rebuild health from the ground up.

In 2023, while training for a half-Ironman triathlon, I had a life-altering bicycle accident. A broken neck, brain bleeds, a severe concussion, and a collapsed lung were just some of the obstacles I faced. Healing wasn’t just about my physical injuries—it required me to address my emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. That experience deepened my personal understanding of whole health and reinforced my belief that sustainable healing and transformation come from addressing the whole person.

Now, as a Whole Health Coach, I guide others on their journeys to optimal well-being. My approach is holistic, personalized, and deeply rooted in real life. I know that making lasting changes can be hard when you’re navigating challenges, stress, and setbacks. That’s why I meet my clients where they are, helping them make small, meaningful changes that build momentum toward the life they want.

What You Can Expect From Working With Me

You are at the center. This is your journey, and I help you uncover what well-being truly looks like for you.

Your "why" matters. We align every step with your core values and motivations.

Self-care isn’t selfish. I help you understand the power of investing in your own health.

You are supported. Change is easier when you have the right guidance and accountability.

Resources & tools that fit your life. We create a plan that works for you.

I love working with people who believe in the power of possibility—those who refuse to give up, who are willing to try, adapt, and grow. The biggest challenge most people face isn’t a lack of knowledge; it’s integrating sustainable habits into their real lives. I help clients start small, gain momentum, and build toward long-term success. The transformation? Feeling empowered, equipped, and encouraged to live fully, pursue well-being, and fulfill their deeper purpose.

A Personal Note

Here’s something you might not guess about me: Three months before my first triathlon, I didn’t know how to swim. I had to take lessons as an adult just to finish that race! Now, swimming is my favorite sport. It reminds me that we are all capable of more than we think—that with the right mindset, support, and persistence, we can overcome obstacles and redefine what’s possible.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your well-being journey, I’d love to support you. Let’s connect!
