At Whole Health Together, we are committed to providing a transparent, ethical, and professional experience for all our clients. This Policy Statement outlines our core policies regarding the use of our services, client responsibilities, cancellations, payment, confidentiality, and more. Please review these policies before engaging with our services.
For detailed information on how we collect and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
1. Commitment to Ethical Coaching Practices
Whole Health Together adheres to the highest professional standards in coaching, wellness education, and client support. Our coaching services are based on positive psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral change principles to empower individuals in their whole health journey.
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare. While we support well-being and lifestyle changes, we do not diagnose, prescribe, or offer medical or mental health services. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional care as needed.
2. Client Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
To ensure a positive and productive coaching experience, clients agree to:
✔ Engage in coaching sessions with openness and honesty.
✔ Take personal responsibility for their well-being and decision-making.
✔ Communicate respectfully with the coach and other participants in workshops or group programs.
✔ Attend sessions on time and be prepared for discussions.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior may result in termination of coaching services without refund.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
One-on-One Coaching:
All coaching sessions must be paid in advance via our accepted payment methods.
Clients begin with a three-session onboarding package before continuing with weekly or biweekly coaching.
Payment plans may be available upon request.
Workshops & Group Programs:
Full payment is required upon registration.
Refunds are only issued in cases of cancellation by Whole Health Together or extreme circumstances, as determined on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling a one-on-one session.
Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.
4. Confidentiality Policy
Whole Health Together maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client interactions. Personal information and discussions during coaching sessions are never shared without client consent, except under the following circumstances:
The client provides explicit written permission to disclose information.
Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court orders).
The coach seeks professional consultation to ensure high-quality service (without revealing identifiable client information).
Group coaching and workshops: While we encourage a confidential and supportive environment, we cannot guarantee privacy in group settings and advise clients to only share information they feel comfortable disclosing.
5. Digital Content & Intellectual Property
All materials, blog posts, courses, and resources provided by Whole Health Together are intellectual property protected by copyright law.

Violations of these terms may result in termination of access to services and legal action where applicable.
7. Healthcare Partnerships & Coaching Integration
Whole Health Together collaborates with integrative medical practices, lifestyle medicine clinics, and a variety of treatment centers to offer whole health coaching as a complementary service to clinical care.
Coaching is not a replacement for medical treatment, and we do not prescribe medications.
Clients referred through medical partnerships will follow the same ethical and confidentiality guidelines as all other coaching clients.
